I have never left a review for anything. This place is so bad I'm actually writing this. This is the worst insurance office I have ever dealt with. They make major mistakes in my policies every time they renew. They charge me change to policy charges when they make changes that are not what I discussed with them over and over and over. They then blame it on the underwriters. When on the phone with them it is clear they have no clue how to use the software for their company. They have no clue how to do their jobs. Their customer service is terrible. They constantly tell me they will call me back the same day and never call. This has caused lapses in my coverage multiple times. Maybe get state farm, but never do any business through this location.

I have had the pleasure of working with Elvira at State Farm insurance and her coworkers as well and I have had nothing but POSITIVE vibes and very helpful service. Even if I don't need a different service from them they call to confirm and make sure I don't need the extra service. Brian Halcom, you have the most wonderful people working for you! Be Proud!!

Terrible communication skills as a team, was waiting a couple hours to hear back on documents I needed at the dmv. If I hadn’t called back I would’ve never received follow up information UNLESS I CALLED. Elvita or whoever just responded w “it’s not my fault I wasn’t the one who you talked to..” so is it state farm? You farm or? Cause I thought this place works as a whole. Do better.

It took awhile for them to get my paperwork done.

The employees are pleasant and helped answer all my questions and select the best policy for me. My parents had insurance with them as well.
