"I have never left a review for anything. This place is so bad I'm actually writing this. This is the worst insurance office I have ever dealt with. They make major mistakes in my policies every time they renew. They charge me change to policy charges when they make changes that are not what I discussed with them over and over and over. They then blame it on the underwriters. When on the phone with them it is clear they have no clue how to use the software for their company. They have no clue how to do their jobs. Their customer service is terrible. They constantly tell me they will call me back the same day and never call. This has caused lapses in my coverage multiple times. Maybe get state farm, but never do any business through this location."
